ANIME LAWYER PHOENIX WRIGHT HAS PORN VOICE AND PORNO MUSIC IN HIS OFFICE
Here’s the animated intro for Turnabout Countdown!
(Video poster: Kouli30)
Phoenix might as well have said “shit just got real” on his line, because hot diggity did it just go down.
Meanwhile Apollo is perceiving the man on the moon.
The Japanese demo for Dual Destinies is now available on the eShop, and it includes (what I assume is) the full animated intro for case one! Sorry for the quality of the shots - gotta make do with a phone camera until my 3DS recording setup is good to go in a week or two. The scene itself starts with the bombing, then plays a scene of Phoenix talking on his phone with someone unknown intercut with shots of Athena (they originally showed this at TGS), and finally showed Apollo in the courtroom, clenching a fist and looking up to the sky.
The actual gameplay part of the demo is unchanged from what’s available on the Japanese website.
The demo also has a slight variation on the trailer from the web demo - while almost totally the same, it includes brief scenes of Pearl and Klavier in the montage at the end.
Finally, the Japanese eShop notes Dual Destinies will not be available digitally. So it might just be that the physical version is Japan-only and the digital version English-only!

Hey, sir, the nurse offered to write this out for me cuz I can’t really move right now. Wasn’t that nice of her? This hospital is great, sir.
I’m sure you heard by now what happened, but if you didn’t…I kind of got hurt on the job. Really bad. We were investigating that double homicide on the other side of town but it turns out the killer was still in the house when we got there. He tried to shoot one of the forensics guys. I pushed him out of the way though, sir. They said I saved his life.
They caught the guy and rushed me to the hospital. The chief was pretty mad at me for what I did. He kept yelling but I couldn’t really hear him. Everything sounded all weird, like I was underwater or something. It was kind of scary, sir.
But I guess I’m doing better now. I’m just really tired, but they don’t want me to fall asleep just yet. They won’t say why, though. Do you think maybe they’re afraid I won’t wake up? That’s kind of a scary thought, huh, Mr. Edgeworth?
But then again, maybe it won’t be so bad. I know I’m not the best detective on the force. I screw up a lot, and I’m clumsy and sooner or later you’re going to run out of ways to punish me without firing me anyway. I’m kind surprised you kept me this long, now that I think about it.
Thank you, Mr. Edgeworth. Thank you for putting up with me this long. It means a lot to me, sir. I’m sorry I had to be such a headache for you.
You’re my best friend, sir. I hope you’ll come visit me.
